Q:  What are some of the things that set your company and service apart?

A:  To name just a few:  We GUARANTEE no mess and carry DOUBLE the liability insurance required ... we WILL ask for your approval first, then CAREFULLY move furniture, etc. FOR YOU (at the minimum necessary to properly protect your possessions) ... we WILL leave the work area cleaner than we found it! We WILL be more professional, courteous and trustworthy than you could hope for.

In summary, we DO actually LOOK FORWARD to providing you the BEST SERVICE and PEACE OF MIND available ANYWHERE!

Q: What fireplace/flue cleaning & inspection specials are available?

A:  For a "standard" fireplace (e.g.; no gas or wood "insert" to remove to clean the bottom/ firebox), the cost is reduced 25% for service scheduled to be completed this spring (while service schedule openings are still available). This includes a 20 point safety inspection of ALL flues/ chimneys.

NOTE: Due to popular demand, we are extending this special offer thru July 15th to those who: (1) contact us this spring and (2) say they saw this special on the TFCS website (at the time of scheduling).  CALL TODAY - Available only while openings last!!!

Q:  How long does the average cleaning and inspection take?

A:  To ensure we have enough time to be appropriately cautious, thorough, etc., we ask that you allow a minimum of one and one half (1 1/2) hours for the appointment.
